Quarles murders Arnett and Yvette at the end of the episode, aiming to take over Arnett's territory for himself. Quarles is a Tonin Crime Family lieutenant from Detroit, Michigan who comes to Kentucky to get payment of a debt from Emmitt Arnett, and through Yvette, foils Arnett's attempt to gather the money.
